Dr Godwin Ichimi, Curator and Convenor of the Strategic Domains Council, is an Associate Professor at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs. He is the Institute’s Acting Director of International Cooperation and Public Affairs, the Coordinator of the NIIA Centre for Ocean Governance and the Blue Economy.
